Hello, and congratulations for making the tough decision to hire a Private Investigator! My name is Dave O.  I am the Owner, Founder, and Principle Investigator at Blackstone Investigations Group, LLC also known as “BIG” for short.  Our office is located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. We are a licensed and insured full-service private investigations firm serving the entire State of New Jersey. I am a proud Marine Corps Veteran and former Police Officer/Detective, and am happy to offer a discount to all veterans who need assistance. I have conducted a wide variety of investigations for private citizens, high-profile law firms and corporations, insurance companies, and professional athletes. We are considered experts at covert undercover surveillance and use the latest most advanced video equipment available on the market. And of course, confidentiality and discretion is of the utmost importance on all cases.

For those clients we assist with personal injury, workers comp fraud, interviewing witnesses/suspects, insurance fraud work, employee theft, and asset recovery.

Prior to starting Blackstone Investigations Group, LLC I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer, and after receiving an Honorable Discharge, spent the next 15 years dedicated to serving the public as a Police Officer and Police Detective. Throughout my career I have worked with private citizens, businesses, local and state governments, as well as various federal government agencies including the FBI, DEA, and Homeland Security. I also worked hard at sharpening my investigative skills by completing many investigations training courses. While serving as a Police officer, I received over 35 Letters of Commendation from private citizens and various Law Enforcement agencies, highlighting my work ethic, professionalism and dedication to the community I served. I currently hold a National Certificate through Wicklander-Zulawski to conduct Interviews and Interrogations, of which I have conducted many, and I am also an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor.

In order to ensure we follow and comply with all State of New Jersey guidelines and are current on the latest news across the state, I remain an active member of the New Jersey Licensed Private Investigators Association (NJLPIA), an organization committed to connecting New Jersey residents with qualified and experienced licensed private investigators. I am also a member of Intellenet, a worldwide network of investigators and security consultants specializing in law enforcement, investigations, intelligence, and private security.
